FYI, I tried to get a $65,000.00 home loan from Fanny and they wanted 6,000 loan fees because it wasn't enough. The idea is that I could walk away from that paltry sum. But that's all I needed so I had to pass. They were looking to loan over 100,000.00 but the monthly payment would be to high.

FZ, 400 families? Say there are 300,000,000 people in the US. Say 1/2 of them work = 150,000,000. That is saying that 1% = 1,500,000. Spin it another way, say 1 in 4 are working and you get 750,000 people in 1%. Say it your way, 400 + 150,000,000 families = 150,000,400 x 1% = 1,500,004.

I just can't understand why everyone with money (corporations and others) are the evil ones. If there are no corporations, banks, hospitals, whatever....Who are the employers? GMC, GE, they all employee people. They risk their capital and employ people.
